Longmont has a gem NOW!! I could eat here breakfast, lunch and dinner! I have always loved the burrito bar, but now the menu has the most incredible items on it...It may be a while before I do a burrito, as I will be going item by item through the menu. I tried the tuna/pablano appetizer and it was TO DIE FOR!! and the chef gave us the recipe! We then had the Watermelon/Jicama salad and it was light, sweet, fresh and perfect. The sabrosa chicken was so good we almost ordered a second one, but wanted to try the fantastic banana dessert and we also tried the chocoflan cake....oh my GOODNESS! Honestly, everything was top notch!
